All orders are prepared and shipped from Switzerland.

Our flowers are stored locally and shipped via Swiss Post, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery throughout the country.

Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as holidays, product launches, or seasonal collections.

Free delivery

Nationwide delivery across Switzerland.

Artificial flowers: Orders under CHF 79.– are shipped at a flat rate of CHF 9.00.

Preserved flowers: Orders under CHF 130.– are shipped at a flat rate of CHF 12.50.

Delivery to Switzerland

Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times are estimates provided by Swiss Post and cannot be guaranteed.

Packaging and handling

Each bouquet and each stem is carefully prepared in our workshop to ensure safe delivery.

The stems may be slightly bent for secure packaging. Upon receipt, we recommend straightening them slightly to restore their natural shape.

Signature Bouquets & Atelier creations are assembled before shipping and secured for transport to preserve their structure and balance.

VAT

All prices include applicable Swiss VAT.

Important information

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of payment.

Blush & Bloom cannot be held responsible for delays or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery or an incorrect address, we will refund the value of the product less the initial shipping costs and any return shipping costs.

Oversized orders

For particularly large orders or those containing multiple bouquets, a slight delivery charge may apply at checkout depending on the total weight.
