We hope you love your Blush & Bloom floral arrangements. If anything is wrong, we're here to help.
As our products are prepared and packaged with care, all returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return request
If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at the following address:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions if it is approved.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be new and in its original packaging.
- The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
